I'm not sure what you mean by this. It seems to do it here:


e:\projects\project\hardware\parts\display>cvs version
Client: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.41a (client/server)
Server: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.34 (client/server)

e:\projects\project\hardware\parts\display>cvs history -x R -l
[... many many more removed files from the repository]
