[cvsnt] Build CVSNT on Solaris 7

And what doesn't work?
Do you intend to use cvs as server on solaris or are you only
intersted in client functionality?
What protocols did you build? And which are you intrested in?

I actualy build cvsnt on solaris 8 and 9 using gcc 3.3 / 3.4 and use
it as server (and client also).
