[cvsnt] Lockserver failing because of socket-limit reached

Whoops. I didnt know that the range was 5000..65000. I
had set it to a conservative 3900 to stay below 4000.
I will try tomorrow since I just have lockserver
turned off and post the results. Thanks alot for your
speedy reply.
