cvsnt 2.0.43

* Lots of work on the rename.  An rename of an edited file is no longer 
considered a conflict by a 2.0.43 client - the file is merely renamed.
* Add some options to checkout
* Improve the memory usage when traversing large directories

There didn't seem to be much problem with .42 so I wouldn't expect major 
issues with this.  Things like rename though are still under development so 
they won't be 100% correct.
