There have been discussions on other lists over the years about the
policy for whom to include in replies to list mail.
The process of including the list in the reply-to header item is
called "Reply-To munging"

I didn't create that page. I just added a few items and did a few minor 
edits to some existing ones.

BTW: When replying to the CVSNT list you have to manually edit the 
recipient. Unlike most other mailing lists the CVSNT list does not 
automatically set the Reply-To header.
