Well, it wasn't you who forwarded the message to the list nevertheless 
and made a comment. So, the sorry's from me, especially w.r.t. the extra 
noise.

The SF.net document Bo linked to has some valid points that I hadn't 
considered so far concerning misconfigured auto-responders and such but 
I still think the policy sucks from a usability POV...
Anyway, why am I arguing... I'm using the newsgroup interface 
exclusively and there all replies *do* go to the list automatically... ;)
