[cvsnt] Sending commit mails

Hi,

I would like to enable the mailing option for each of the commits to the repository. I have seen the documentation but, it dose not mean much to me as I am new to using CVS and also new to shell scripts. Can anyone give me the list of simplest changes to be made with an example.
