[cvsnt] How to Change users' password?

I'm using CVSNT Server 2.0.26 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4.  Only
:sserver: is enabled on CVSNT server.  Everything's working fine except
changing users' passwords by themselves.  Our users prefer to change the
password remotely, through the Internet.  Is it possible to do that?
