[cvsnt] Remote connection.

I am trying to remotely connect to our CVSNT repository and am getting an error stating that No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it....

Our repository is on a server that we have configured to be publicly accessible and when we are on our local network (private IP addresses) we are able to access the repository (public IP address). Is there an additional setting we need to configure so we can access the repository from outside our network?
