[cvsnt] CVS windows server

Hi,

I have questions about how to configure the CVS
server.
I just installed the CVS server for windows under
Windows XP.
Does the administrator password will automatically be
the same as my Windows XP login (assuming I'm the
administrator). I am having problem in adding a new
user into the CVS system.

How do I access it using WinCVS, do I just input the
username and the IP address of the computer server ?



Any helps will be greatly appreciated.
