[cvsnt] best way to upgrade from 2.013 to 2.0.41a?

Hi,

 

 How do you upgrade from 2.0.13 to 2.0.41a?  What is the best way. Uninstall
and then install 2.0.41a?  I need to preserve the existing repository but
upgrade the Server.
