[cvsnt] wincvs and cvsnt connection problem

Hello ,
 
Please help me.
 
I checked on the LAN that no firewall is enabled.
 
the port 2401 is open on both the client and server.
 
I dont know what I am doing wrong.
 
everytime i try to connect through wincvs to cvsnt it says the connecting host actively refused the connection.
 
please help.
