[cvsnt] updating renamed files not realy working

Hello Tony,

 when ever I try to update against cvsnt.org, I get messages like the
 following for almost every renamed file:

cvs server: cvsgui.c has been renamed to cvsgui.cpp
cvs update: cvsgui.c not in entries file?
cvs update: unable to rename ./cvsgui.c: No such file or directory
P cvsgui/Makefile.am
P cvsgui/Makefile.in
P cvsgui/cvsgui.cpp
cvs [update aborted]: patch original file cvsgui/cvsgui.cpp does not exist

so what?

Client: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.60 (Prerelease Nov  9 2004) (client/server)
Server: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.0.61 (Prerelease Nov 17 2004) (client/server)
