First off: I haven't used this myself yet. But, on a sidenote and
totally off-topic to the original question, considering the commandline
help:

Usage: cvs commit [DnRlf] [-B bug | -b bug ] [-m msg | -F logfile] [-r
rev] files...
 -b bugid	Only commit files related to bug (implies -B).
 -B bugid	Mark files with bug.

...shouldn't that be the other way round? I.e. -B implies -b ?
Otherwise what's the point of -b?
