[cvsnt] verifymsg example

Not at all. I am just about to write one myself in PHP.  I don't read shell
scripts very well (I am from Windowsland too) but by the look of the example
anything that can read program arguments and files, write to stdout and set
exit codes should be fine.
 
I don't see why you couldn't write one in vbscript if you wanted to.
 
I will post mine when its done.
