[cvsnt] error with com interface

In 2.0.51, I had written an program in VB.Net which used the ICVSInfo2
interface to do certain functions on the loginfo message.  After upgrading
to 2.0.58, I receive an unhandled Win32 exception in cvs.exe every time I
try to commit.  I upgraded to ICVSInfo3 and still have the same problem.
The only way I can commit is by removing the line in LogInfo file to call my
program.
