[cvsnt] Re: cvs [server aborted]: cannot rename file

MoveFileExA returned 0, failing
GetLastError returned 0, meaning no error

Any ideas? I'm running debug binaries on our live server and I just got 2 hits with it. No idea why the rename is failing though.
