 From the looks of your config all you have to do is arrange to start 
cvslockd on boot, and comment out the LockDir line in CVSROOT/config and 
it'll work in the same way as your current config.

The lockserver only listens on a local port and clients never need to 
access it so you don't need to open any extra ports.
