Try a big one with few tags...  I'd expect the repository size to be the 
deciding factor on update speed (the cvsnt repository is 2500 files with 
75 tags and the processing time is as close to so fast it's not 
measurable...  scaled up 10 times would equate to a second or two 
maximum for 25000 files).
