We haven't been asked, but I have no problem with this - note that it 
only happens with the *combined* installer from March Hare, which 
installs CVSNT, WinCVS and TortoiseCVS all at once. The TortoiseCVS team 
has nothing to do with this package, it is a commercial offering and 
supported by March Hare.

(Actually, TortoiseCVS works fine with *no* CVS executable in the 
TortoiseCVS directory, as long as cvs.exe is in the PATH).
