[cvsnt] a problem in installing cvsnt

hello!
	these days installing cvsnt2.0 in the computer(OS winxp),I had a problem.
firstly,I succeded having installed wincvs .Then I installed cvsnt2.0 .when I steped to start copying files,it had no response.I checked the processes,these was a process called is-***.tmp in it.I killed it ,then the installation  disappeared .
I want to konw why it has no response.thanks!
