[cvsnt] RE: [TortoiseCVS] Read-only files after commit

I'm using :
WinCvs 1.3.20.3
TortoiseCVS 1.8.12
CvsNt 2.0.58d

And I was wrong, WinCvs is also making the files read-only after Commit.
Can someone how to remove this 'watch on' attribute. (WinCvs:
Trace|Remove a Watch doesn't seem to have done it)
Is there a menu command anywhere, or do I need to do it from the command
line ?

Appreciatively,
Richard.

I was going to ask the same question.
WinCvs doesn't make the files read-only after a Commit,
but Tortoise does.

TortoiseCVS never changes the read-only attribute; CVSNT does
this. Which version of CVSNT are you using with WinCVS?

I've never explicitly run 'cvs watch on'. Does it get
done for me as part of some action ?

No, TortoiseCVS can only run "watch on" as part of the "Make New
Module" command.

WinCvs has a config button to 'Checkout read-only',
which I had set for a while but then unset. I can't find such a
configuration in Tortoise.

	Correct, it's not there.
