[cvsnt] Checkout freezes on last file

Does cvs -n update do what you want with that?  It should spit out the 
list without actually changing anything (but it might still hang for all 
I know).

It always seems to go in alphabetical order of the directories.  Not 
sure if that is consistent, but from casual observation it seems so.
