[cvsnt] Case of ignored files

Hello,

at some point it seems the cvsnt client became case aware WRT the contents
of the .cvsignore file. Yet Wincvs (and TortoiseCVS) continue not to be
case aware when marking files as ignored. This leads to a difference
between what is marked as ignored by the GUI and what actually is ignored
by the cvsnt client.

Is this a local problem on my side, or do other people notice the same
thing?
