[cvsnt] CVSNT 2.5.01 #1976 - 'cvs history' problems - 'No recordsselected'

	Hello,

I remember that the "(null)" entry in history file was a bug disturbing my
CVS client (due to date/time coded on 64 bits instead of 32 bits), corrected
on newer version (2.5.01.2007 for exemple).
