[cvsnt] (no subject)

i have just installed the latest cvsnt server on a windows 2000 system using
the sspi protocol, which works ok
for windows clients, but when I attempt to use the same build on a redhat
enterprise 3 system ( both downloaded binaries and build from source ) it
refuses to authenticate the connection.
Is there a fix for this?

the commands used on both windows and linux are :-

cvs -d :sspi;username=cvsuser;hostname=cvsserver:/repository ls
