That's all fine and I see that Bo seems to have got it working now but
wouldn't it have been easier if you had just made available the .chm? ;)
Just a thought...

Anyway, thanks for the hint on xmlmind. I hadn't heard of it before and
it sure looks promising. I'll give it a try tomorrow.
