[cvsnt] Too Slow on Windows NT

CVSNT installed on Windows NT perfroms very slow. The first time import of 
about 50 source files of size about 200 MB could not get completed even in a 
day. Any suggestion or tweaking requirements that need to be done will be of 
great use. We are using Ver 2.0.51d.
