[cvsnt] crc

We require to add a new keyword containing the CRC32 code of the file. We
plan to fill the keyword with the standart output of an external console
application. Hence we have 2 questions related,
1. Is there a built-in functionality (or a plug in) in CVS that calculates
CRC32 of file.
2. Can we add a new keyword and evaluate it with an external value.
