[cvsnt] Keyword $Date$ format?

Is it possible to change the display format or truncate the $Date$ Keyword.
So instead of displaying: 2005/02/18 23:55:56 a different format like:
18Feb05 "LocalTime (instead of UTC)" or just have the date with no time displayed.
