By the way, thanks for this great job you did with viewcvs installer. It 
really simplifies the way to install viewcvs.

After installing  cvsnt though your installer, I found one strange thing 
: in the CVSNT control pannel, cvs service button are totally grey and 
it says service not installed, though service is installed and running. 
I can see that in the system admin and a client can connect (slowly). It 
does not do that with the MSI installer.

I'm now in a position where I install and deinstall CVSNT continually 
for test between CVSNT 2.051d and CVSNT2.0.62.1817.
Installer with InnoSetup do not ask me to restart (even no proposal) but 
MSI always ask me to restart, though it doesn't changeanything whether I 
restart or not since everything is already good I guess.

shouldn't I have the same speed slowdown with 2.0.58d ?
Moreover, using the switch 'Don't resolve client name' does not change 
anything.
So I guess it has to be something else.

Yes, I know that .That's why our main cvs server has 1GB memory.
Unfortunatly, the computer I have to test newer CVS Version is quite 
outdated....
Hopefully NT4 is not that hungry. OS take 55 MB on my 128 MB, which 
leave 70+ Mb for CVSNT

So I still have no clue on what this slows might be.
I'll try to install CVSNT server on another computer with a more recent 
system (WinXP 1Gb Memory) to see if all these happens there too.
