[cvsnt] Installer poll

It seems MSI isn't as popular as a lot of the web would make out...  I 
currently have two options:

1. Stick MSI and make it work properly.
2. Reserve MSI for 'commercial' customers as requested and use innosetup 
for everything else.

1. is easier long-term, as there's one installer and I can get the bugs 
out over time.
2. may be the more popular route.

I suspect the site it links to may have popups - I recommend firefox to 
avoid this :)

The 'none' and 'other' options are there for completeness (I'm sure 
there are some that would prefer to always compile from source, but I'm 
guessing that's not the majority).
