[cvsnt] Is CVSNT client already case sensitive

Hello Tony, hello World,

I noticed since cvsnt 2.0.62.1817 that I have a big list of files that 
are marked with a question mark (the ones that are not under CVS 
control) that I never had before.
When I looked closer, it seems that the .cvsignore entries are handled 
case sensitive.

Is this true or just a strange thing on my computer?
