[cvsnt] Installation problem

Hi,
Pls help me to out to install cvsnt.
I am trying to install cvsnt on suse 7.I have downloaded cvsnt-2.5.01.1910.tar.gz and cvsnt-2.5.01.1910-1.i386.rpm,but i am getting error while installing from both of them.
1. while install cvsnt through cvsnt-2.5.01.1910.tar.gz, i am getting following error:

2. while installing cvsnt through cvsnt-2.5.01.1910-1.i386.rpm, i am getting following error:
