[cvsnt] Efficient storage of binary files using binary deltas

Hi All,
Before moving to cvsnt from cvs,i found following thing while doing testing with one binary file(xyz.lib).

Server	1st version of xyz.lib		2nd version of xyz.lib
		(Size)				(Size)
CVSNT		3237905				11400746
CVS		3237841				11400579

Size of binary files in CVS < Size of binary file in CVSNT.

so now i could not understand what the meaning of "Efficient storage of binary files using binary deltas" for CVSNT.
