[cvsnt] Default domain

Hello,

we are experiencing a strange effect.
Yesterday everybody could use CVS with a CVSROOT like
:pserver:<username>@cvs:<repository>
Yesterday evening I restarted the cvs server.
Today, one cannot login as described above but has to state the domain, i.e.
:pserver:<domain>\<username>@cvs:<repository>

I am quite sure that it is not the fault of cvs but maybe I just need
some hint wich part of the configuration of cvsnt (2.0.58d) or the
Win2003 server is messed up..
