Pro.  Good.  Please turn off Simple (i.e. Brain-Damaged) File Sharing
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;304040),
otherwise all your remote users will connect as Guest if you're using
SSPI authentication.  PLease also ensure that your CVS repository and
temp directory are both on local drives that are formatted using NTFS,
not FAT32.

What protocol are you using to connect?  SSPI?  Also, are you in a
domain or workgroup environment?

Same as ever if the filesystem's NTFS - right-click the folder,
Properties, Security tab.
