[cvsnt] Removing many tags from a module

Does anyone know a simple way to remove several hundred tags from a CVSNT module. Our module is over 450 mb and has over 1 thousand tags. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to remove one tag from the whole module in WINCVS. Is there a simpler way to do this?
