[cvsnt] Hundreds of little green fish

I see the same behavior on Win2k server. But running a server doesn't
do this, it's when you start a client process when the fish appears
on the system tray.

Haven't really worried about it much since it only seems to happen
on our server host where we don't normally run any client.
