[cvsnt] 2.5.01.1998. Some error messages contain real repository path

Hi!

We use repository alias name for hiding real repository server path,
but some commands return error messages that show real path:

Commands: "rlsacl","rchacl","rchown" and all other commands that check
permissions.

For Example:

-----------------
cvs rlsacl online

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

cvsnt rlsacl: User 'vlad' cannot modify permissions for
/home/cvs/cvs_root/online
---------------

"/home/cvs/cvs_root/online" it's real server path.
