[cvsnt] .Net project in CVSNT

In general ignore, and remove from CVS, all binary files created when
you build or even just start Visual Studio project. Eg. *.ncb As
mentioned before, do not put into CVS the entire target directory(ies)
of your build, eg. Debug, Release

Under some circumstances (eg. to keep debug command line parameters) you
may want to put *.user into CVS, but then it is good idea to make them
"read only" to prevent user commit in, as VisualStudio writes absolute
paths into those files.
