[cvsnt] cvs info cvsignore/cvswrappers

There appears to be a slight inconsistency in the way that (build 2013) cvs 
info works with cvsignore and cvswrappers.

With cvs info cvswrappers, each entry is delimited by being in a a new line... 
with cvs info cvsigore, each entry is space delimited

$ cvs info cvswrappers
*.a -kb
*.avi -kb
*.bin -kb
[snip]
*.xls -kb
*.zip -kb

$ cvs info cvsignore
. .. core RCSLOG tags TAGS RCS SCCS .make.state .nse_depinfo #* .#* 
cvslog.* ,* CVS CVS.adm .del-* *.a *.olb *.o *.obj *.so *.Z *~ *.old *.elc 
*.ln *.bak *.BAK *.orig *.rej *.exe *.dll *.pdb *.lib *.ncb *.ilk *.exp
