[cvsnt] wrong Rev in Main Trunk

If you are using WinCVS.

Take a look at the Tag column.  It will indicate that the file you are 
talking about your sandbox is using a branch.

Try doing an update while ticking the box in the Update Options tab that
"Resets any sticky tags/date/kopts"

This essentially does a "cvs update -A" on the file in question.

That should update your sandbox so that you are looking at 1.8 on the 
main trunk (HEAD Branch).
