[cvsnt] Windows Build How-To ?

Hello !

Tony, do you have up-to-date How-To for Windows Build ? The last
version uses some new libraries and requires PlatformSDK more recent
than in VS.NET 2003.

Probably, it makes sense to put all external libraries in special CVS
module, something like "cvsnt-win32-dependencies" ? So everybody will
be using exactly the same version of the files.

PS. I modified the lockserver and it compiles but does not link yet
because of other projects.
