Something changed...
Look here:
20050329 22:59:34 DEBUG: CVSNT version is: 2.5.1.1910
20050329 22:59:34 DEBUG: Parameter 4: -rDOMINO\john ford

and here
20050330 00:09:18 DEBUG: CVSNT version is: 2.5.1.1921
20050330 00:09:18 DEBUG: Parameter 4: -rDOMINOjohn ford

loginfo looks like this (single line):
DEFAULT F:/Engineering/Projects/CVSMailer/CVSMailer.exe -l$CVSPID
$USER $CVSROOT "-rDOMINO\\john ford" %<< \nFiles:\n%<p %<< \n%<{sVvt}
%<< \nLog Message:\n%<m

Notice that the double escape for backslash in the domain name
specifier of the user who shall receive the email fails. Both
backslashes are removed...
DOMINO\\john ford should become DOMINO\john ford but is in fact now
DOMINOjohn ford...

And of course the user lookup fails and no mail is sent.

BTW, for some strange reason the innosetup installer would not build
properly this time. The install file just hangs during initial
stopping of the services...
I have to look into this tomorrow and see if I can make it work again.
