[cvsnt] No .directory_history,v files?

Hi,

I'm new in the world of CVS, so i have a view problems with them ... :)

I have installt CVSNT 2.5.01 (1969) on w2k Server.
If i try to update a module i always become this message:

cvs [update aborted]: Failed to obtain lock on /.directory_history,v: FAIL
Lock not within repository

Now i have searched for a file named ".directory_history,v" but i cant find
anything.

The lockserver is running.

Anyone a idea?
