[cvsnt] Installer problems build2115

Hi,
I have tried to install CVSNT version 2.5.02 Build 2115 and I am having 
difficulties after the installation.

In the control panel, no icons/objects are being created, and when I start 
the CVS Control Panel from the start menu, nothing happen.

I have also tried to repair the installation, with no luck.

Can anybody please help me?

Operating System in use: Windows 2003 Server 32Bit
