Are you talking of CVSNT repository data?
If so:

1) Stop the CVSNT server from the control panel
2) Move the repository files (all files, including CVSROOT folder) to new location
3) Go to the Repositories tab in Control panel and edit the settings for the
moved repository. Change the "Location" path to the new value
4) Click the Apply button
5) Restart the CVSNT server (button on first tab)
6) All done. The users will not see this. For them no change has been done. :-)

But if you are talking about sandbox (checked out) data:
Just move the folders to the other drive and use the files from there.

/Bo
