[cvsnt] B2115: Hanging cvs.exe processes on the server

I've recently notices these crashes appearing.  of course, since the server
is in a rack with tons of other servers - its not noticed for a while...  Is
there a way to start the cvs service so that these process will just die
when they die?

Click on OK to terminate the program
