They shouldn't be mangled normally.. however AFAIK the stock ones don't 
call it expat.dll anyway - they have xmltok.dll and xmlparse.dll 
(tempted to just link with those and remove any ambiguity).

Unfortunately sourceforge is down at the moment otherwise I'd go and 
check the latest binary builds...
